The inaugural Meeting of the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce was Successfully Held
On March 18, 2023, the "New Journey - The Inaugural Meeting of Beijing- Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce" was held in Beijing. The Meeting was organized by the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce with the support of the CPC Cangzhou Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, the Beijing Hebei Chamber of Commerce and other competent departments and business guidance agencies, under the guidance of the Hebei Provincial People's Government Office in Beijing, the Hebei Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and other organizations. More than 500 people gathered in Beijing for the event, including relevant leaders from the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee, relevant leaders from various districts and counties, the presidents and secretaries-general of different foreign chambers of commerce in Cangzhou, and the founding members of Beijing Cangzhou Enterprise Chamber of Commerce!

The mayor of Cangzhou City, Mr. Xiang Hui, put forward three hopes to the Chamber of Commerce at the inaugural meeting: First, the Chamber of Commerce should be considerate to serve the enterprises and provide comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient services to the enterprises with the concept of common prosperity and shared prosperity of the hometown, and provide stronger support for the industrial development of the hometown. Secondly, I hope that the entrepreneurs of the Chamber of Commerce here can become the "spokesman" of beautiful Cangzhou and happy Cangzhou. They can tell a good story of Cangzhou in the new era and enhance the visibility and influence of their hometown. Thirdly, I hope the Chamber of Commerce will become a " bridge, which can attract more enterprises and more projects to Cangzhou, and promote communication and development between the two places. At the same time, we hope that the leadership team of Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce will lead the members to give full play to their own advantages, seize the development opportunities, keep the righteousness and innovation, forge ahead, and continuously promote healthy and high-quality development of the Chamber.

Liu Yi, Party Secretary and Director of the Hebei Provincial Office in Beijing expressed his warm congratulations on the establishment of the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce. He stressed that the Beijing Office of our provincial government has thoroughly implemented the key work decisions of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, and strived to write a new chapter of the Chinese-style modernized Hebei economy. The provincial office in Beijing actively uses the quality resources of central enterprises, well-known enterprises, foreign enterprises and the Chamber of Commerce, and strives for more good projects and big projects. It is an important event for the work of the Chamber of Commerce to play the advantages and roles of the Chamber of Commerce and Cangzhou entrepreneurs, to encourage and attract more entrepreneurs to participate in the construction of Cangzhou, to attract and promote business with business, and to speed up the high-quality leapfrog development of Cangzhou.

Cai Shuxun, President of Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce, said that the Chamber would take the conference as a starting point to introduce the excellent scientific and technological achievements of Beijing, the wisdom and talents of the capital into Cangzhou, to extend the new strategy, to focus on high-tech innovation, to precisely link up with the upstream and downstream industrial chains, to effectively help the economic and social development of the hometown, and to build a solid and practical channel for the integration and development of Beijing and Cangzhou. We will aim at the development of "co-business, co-construction, co-creation and sharing", and will forge ahead with determination and courage.
Comrade Tian Shubo presented an iron lion to the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce, hoping that the Chamber of Commerce would always uphold the spirit of Cangzhou, which is "courageous and persevering in spite of difficulties".

At the conference, the election results of the first council and supervisory board of the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce were announced. Liu Haijiang, Chairman of Haijiang Group, was invited to deliver a speech as the first executive chairman of the Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce. With the support and assistance from all walks of life, the Cangzhou entrepreneurs in Beijing have been united in good faith, working hand in hand, actively participating in the construction of Cangzhou, making suggestions and connections for the development of their hometown, and interpreting the incessant feelings of Cangzhou with practical actions. He pointed out that the leadership team of Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce should lead its members to deeply study and understand the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, take Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics for guidance, listen to the Party, feel the Party's benevolence and follow the Party; clarify its own positioning, give full play to its advantages, seize development opportunities and make every effort to create a new situation for the development of the Chamber. The establishment of Beijing Cangzhou Chamber of Commerce is an important event for the economic and social development of Cangzhou. All Cangzhou entrepreneurs should pay special attention to this platform, uphold the development concept of "discussing, building, creating and sharing together", make a contribution to the development of their hometown as the important goal of the Chamber, and fulfill it seriously and practice it firmly.
