Launching Ceremony of the "Back to Hometown" Social Practice Activity for College Students in Cangxian County in 2023
In order to give full play to the function of the Communist Youth League in organizing, guiding and uniting the youth, to help college students improve their social skills, and to guide the majority of Cangxian students to understand, love and build their hometowns, Cangxian Youth League County Committee organized the Launching Ceremony of the "Back to Hometown" Social Practice Activity for College Students in Cangxian County in 2023 and Lecturing on Attracting Talents Policy, which was held at Haijiang Group.
A total of 52 people attended the meeting, including Huang Yue, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, Yang Xinyu, Secretary of the Youth League County Committee, Gao Qiying, Secretary of the Party Branch of Haijiang Group, and representatives of college student volunteers. Sun Si Chang, deputy secretary of the Youth League County Committee, presided over the meeting.

At the launching ceremony, Su Xueyi, office director of the county party committee, read out the social practice allocation list and the disciplinary requirements and precautions for college students during the service. Huang Yue, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee, introduced the policies related to the introduction of talents in Cangxian County. Representatives of employers and returning college students made speeches.
After that, Yang Xinyu, secretary of the county party committee, made a speech. This activity is the characteristic brand work of Cangxian talent introduction cultivation. By arranging college students to enterprises and institutions for social practice to obtain two-way benefit and good results. She put forward the following five requirements:
First, we need to keep in mind the original mission.
Second, we need to strengthen our strong will.
Third, we need to be willing to serve the society and show the value of life.
Fourth, we need to constantly improve our skills.
Fifth, we need to strictly abide by the work discipline, and protect our own safety.
I hope that the majority of students can work together through this social practice in Cangxian County, and will be able to return home to feed their hometowns.
Visit Haijiang Group
After the ceremony, Gao Qiying, secretary of the Party branch of Hai Jiang Group, led the university students to visit Hai Jiang Group 5G Command Center and introduced the enterprise.
The students visited the neat and bright command center and a lot of advanced equipment. Mr. Gao also introduced Haijiang Group's development status, corporate culture and R&D achievements in detail to the them.
Returning college students expressed that this activity provided them with a solution to some of the confusion during the graduation process, helped them understand the employment and entrepreneurship policies of Cangxian County. They have realized the changes in the development of their hometowns, and their career planning has become much clearer
