On November 9, Dr. Shang Zhi, lecturer of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Teaching and Research Office of Emergency Rescue Department of China Fire and Rescue Academy, Dr. Cui Kunpeng, Associate Professor in charge of Engineering and Rescue Teaching and Research Office of Emergency Rescue Department of China Fire and Rescue Academy, and Wang Yan, Associate Professor of Rescue and Rescue Equipment Teaching and Research Office of Emergency Rescue Department of China Fire and Rescue Academy, and their team of three experts, visited Hai Jiang Emergency Rescue Command Center of Fangshan City of Beijing for investigation and research.

Investigation and Research on Beijing Municipal Professional Emergency Rescue Team
China Fire and Rescue Academy, as an important part of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, is the first specialized undergraduate fire and rescue academy in China, an institution of higher learning directly under the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China, and is the training base for the main force of emergency rescue and the cradle of the growth of the loyal guards of the Communist Party of China and the people.
The college experts visited the Emergency Rescue Center in response to the research needs of the national emergency rescue subject, and carried out exchanges for the characteristics of the municipal professional emergency rescue team in Beijing to attempt the mission and equipment capacity building.
The research group made a field visit to Beijing Fangshan Haijiang Emergency Rescue Center on November 9, accompanied by Huang Wei, Manager of Emergency Rescue Division of Haijiang Group, Wang Ze Xu, Captain of Haijiang Group Rescue Team, and Zhou Jianzhong and Liu Quanchao, members of the team.

Discussion and exchange
At the end of the inspection, the experts of China Fire and Rescue Academy affirmed the emergency rescue work of Hai Jiang Group Rescue Team, and provided a number of constructive comments on the rescue team to carry out the rescue techniques and tactics of hazardous chemical accidents, and the countermeasures to enhance the capacity of the emergency rescue team, etc., and the two sides carried out an in-depth research and discussion on the related topics.

Beijing Fangshan Haijiang Emergency Rescue Command Center will be based on the independent advantages of Haijiang Group, solidly carry out emergency rescue battle, comprehensively and systematically improve the level of emergency management and equipment capacity building of Haijiang, to better protect the high-quality development of hazardous chemical emergency rescue work.
