Report of the first half-year work
At the meeting, we first listened to the work report of each department. The person in charge of Marketing Department, Engineering Department, Information Technology Department, Finance Department, Operation Management Department and Enterprise Management Department reported on the work of each department in the first half of 2022, reported and exchanged the management work ideas and specific implementation measures in the second half of the year according to their current shortcomings and problems, and made an overall plan for the work of the department in the second half of the year.
After that, the key members of each department made a report one after another. They shared their work experience and insights from their respective work and put forward rationalized suggestions for the development of the Group and the department.
Group leadership's statement
Finance Director Zhang Hongmei informed the Group's financial accounting situation in the first half of the year and the results of the first half-year work assessment of each department, and made further requirements for the Group's financial management standardization system. She said that the Finance Department will continue to refine the management of funds to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the company's funds management system. It should continue to strengthen the sense of control, solidify the management foundation and promote the level of financial management to a new level.
Vice General Manager Ye Jun emphasized on the project safety and explained in depth the safety management methods of dangerous and large projects, requiring all the project departments to strengthen safety awareness and discipline, strengthen the implementation of safety management procedures and norms, and strengthen the management of construction sites to prevent safety accidents from occurring.
Party branch secretary Gao Qiying focused on the work of the CPC Haijiang Group branch committee in the first half of the year, and summarized the development of party members, party members' study sessions and social activities of the party branch.
