New year, new pattern, new start. Haijiang Group, with the belief that "the beginning is the battle, the start is the sprint", has opened a new prologue of enterprise development!
On February 21, the three-day management training course "Building a Professional Management Team" of Haijiang Group in 2021 came to a successful conclusion. Chairman Liu Haijiang, Vice General Manager Li Guodong, Vice General Manager Ye Jun and Vice General Manager Chu Long participated in the whole course, and all middle and senior management and business backbone attended together. The purpose of this training is to point out the direction, clarify the goal, carry forward the spirit of corporate culture, further guide the middle and senior management "do not forget the original intention, remember the mission", enhance team cohesion, and promote the construction of positive energy management team of Haijiang Group.
At the beginning of the training, Chairman Liu Haijiang talked about the leapfrog development of the Group. He condensed rich life insights through his own entrepreneurial experience and encouraged everyone to cherish the time, apply what they have learned, embrace the challenges and be brave. About this training, Liu Haijiang pointed out: "The company respects and cherishes talents, and relies on them for development; the company provides a good platform and opportunities for talents who want to make achievements and can start a business. Special Lecture
To improve the professionalism and management quality of the middle and senior management and the business backbone, and to build an efficient and cohesive management team, Haijiang Group invited Lu Wenyue, one of the top 100 lecturers in China and a special lecturer from Tsinghua University, to give a training course to the management team of Haijiang Group from February 19 to February 20.
Combining his work, study, and life experiences over the years, Mr. Lu Wenyue brought a wonderful course training with detailed and vivid examples to help them quickly understand the management elements from the following four aspects: management ability improvement, distinguishing leadership model, quickly establishing experience, and improving efficiency communication expression.
The training was conducted in an "experiential training" mode instead of the traditional mode so that the participants could see the shortcomings of the team and themselves in the process of personal experience. Thus, it can help everyone to establish the awareness of positive communication, mutual trust, strengthen the implementation and win in the team, effectively stimulate the passion of work, challenge themselves, explore their own and the team's potential, and enhance the sense of responsibility and the sense of belonging to the group.
In order to further develop the staff's legal common sense and their capacity to foresee and resolve legal risks at work, the Group's lawyer Sun also introduced fundamental legal common sense and related legal training to the organization. Through the study, the participants gained a fundamental understanding of the common legal difficulties that arise during the contract signing, project execution, and acceptance processes as well as increased awareness of avoiding legal risks.

Chairman Liu Haijiang made the work instruction, that everyone should " review the achievements and make efforts, and set goals and start again". The directors of the Engineering Department, Commercial Department, Finance Department, Information Technology Department, Enterprise Management Department, and Safety and Environment Department have finely sorted out their departmental work responsibilities and made detailed deployments for departmental development. They promised that in the new year, they would set an example, take the initiative, make a work plan in time, urge the implementation of the work, lead the departmental staff to put their best efforts into the intense and orderly work, go forward and continue to struggle.

Li Guodong redeployed and remobilized the current key work tasks. This year, the top management of the Group will continue to play a leading role to stimulate the enthusiasm of officers to reinforce the enterprise. He focused on the development of middle management personnel and put forward new goals, asking them to look at the highest level of the industry, remember the mission of the enterprise, and bear the responsibility of the times. Mr. Li pointed out that the current development situation of the company is good, and the staff should cherish the good development platform and quickly integrate into the corporate culture of "unity, practical work and self-discipline" to improve the happiness index of the staff and make a leading enterprise in the industry.

Ye Jun put forward constructive suggestions for project development and management of the Group in 2021. Mr. Ye stressed that the top management of the company should set a better example, strengthen their cultivation and improve their management ability. We will make greater contributions to the leapfrog development of Haijiang Group by innovating and forging ahead.

Chairman Liu Haijiang said, in 2021, "struggle" is still the main theme of Haijiang Group.
